We start with the basics to help you run faster and farther than you ever thought possible without aches and pains.

The indoor bike trainers at TTL include everything you need to refine your technique, stamina, and power for improved results on the road.

NEW OPEN WATER SWIMMING CLASSES

INTRODUCING YOGA!TSS is now offering Yoga Classes! We have the mats, just bring yourself.

This six-week course will introduce you to the world of Yoga and focus on the Sivanada method. The course meets for 40 minutes twice a week. You have the choice among the following morning and evening sessions:

9:00 AM - 6:30 AM (WF)

10:00 AM - 8:00 PM (TR)
